Heitz Hall is a four story building with dorm rooms on floors 0 through 4, with A and B sides on each floor. The building is not lofted and does not have central air conditioning. Laundry rooms are on floors 1B and 3B. It contains a newly renovated fitness center on the first floor (which is open to all students), and a large lounge/TV room on floor 0 (Ground). Heitz is occupied exclusively by freshmen.
