Within the written bid, please answer and elaborate on some of the following material: Was there unity within the hall? How was Hall Council participation by your residents and staff members? What were the quality and quantity of the programs put on by your Hall Council?
These are the overall arching qualities of a Hall with it All. The written bid cannot be more than two pages and the presentation will be no more than five minutes.

Program of the Year
Do you believe that your Hall Council put on the best program for residential life? If so, then you must create a written and presented bid. The bids should focus on the program’s originality, attendance, residents’ feedback, overall quality, organization, and feasibility. This category includes all Sunday night events. Best Scrapbook
You have worked all year making it, now it is time to put it up against everyone else’s. The winning scrapbook will be showcased at the Lydia Awards. Scrapbooks must be turned in to ARH by 11:59 on April 22nd. The scrapbook does NOT need to be digital, the only stipulation is that it must be available to any resident in the building that would like a copy.
How will the bids be judged?
The ARH Executive Board will read and judge the written bids during their meeting on Tuesday April Bids will be primarily ranked on creativity, content, and organization, with a heavy emphasis on creativity.
Creativity will be its artistic scope and ability to “jump off” the page. Have fun with this! This is not a professional bid by any means so be creative with it! A helpful hint – make a creative “theme” for the bid.
What is the theme?
The theme for the 2009 Lydia Awards is TV shows. Bids may be themed to this and costumes are definitely welcome!
