  • Gigalo - Great fun!

Sunday Meeting Reports

  • Geisert
    • Stop Light. Fun, people trampled. People stayed and mingled. Introduced raffle tickets. Attendance around 50
  • Heitz
    • Pajama party. Milk and Cookies. Played ride that pony, they loved it! Played pass the hula hoop. Attendance around 40.
  • Williams
    • Casino night. Card games, winners went to the raffle. PBJ's and Puppy Chow for food. Attendance around 25.
  • Uhall
    • Wings and Flings. Pictionary, and charades. Attendance around 85.
  • Harper/Wyckoff
    • What would you do for a dollar. Went very well, Buffalo Wild Wings. Attendance around 70.

Reports from Exec Board

  • Publicist - Handed out signs, they go out ASAP. Friday is the bags tournament, bring people.
  • Campus Outreach - Geisert and Uhall need a check for 30 dollars to pay for shack
  • President
    • Recognition: Bryan (Heitz) and Randy - Great work with Shack a thon. Many other recognitions.
    • Floor with the most attendance across campus for Hall Council will get a pizza party.

Breast Cancer Awareness Week

  • October 20-24, Requires attendance from all ARH reps.
  • Week Explanation: All funds raised goes to American Cancer Society. We make T-Shirts every year, and if you buy one you get a free "Midnight Breakfast."
  • Shirts - Pink on Pink.
    • On the front "Go Pink"
    • On the back "Don't slack, check your rack"
    • Voting for the font took place.
  • Scheduling
    • ARH Reps are required to be on one "committee." The committee will be in charge of a certain event during BCAW (Breast Cancer Awareness Week).
    • Monday: Candlelight Vigil/5K Run - Katie (Uhall), Bryan (Uhall),Tyler, Sydney
    • Tuesday: Tugs for Jugs 4PM - Brian (Heitz), Nicole (Williams), Dan
    • Wednesday: Free Mammogram Bus - Amy, Jori
    • Wednesday: Subway Night - Kyle (Geisert), Shantaye
    • Thursday: Midnight Breakfast 12AM - LaMara (Heitz) , China (Geisert), Erica, Michelle, Jackie
    • Friday: Ladies Night 5PM - Larry (H/W), Michelle (H/W), Shantaye, Randy
    • After Hall Council Sunday October 19th, Each Hall Council is required to tie ribbons around every tree on campus.
