Breast Cancer Awareness Week
1. Sunday 11pm
a. meet at Lydia’s statue for chalking and ribboning the campus
b. bring entire hall council to help
c. will be getting approved sayings to chalk
2. Monday
a. Wear pink
b. Candlelight vigil Meet 7:30pm on Olin Quad
i. Matt is speaking
ii. Should end by 8:30 and then clean up
3. Tuesday
a. Tugs-for-jugs Meet 3:30pm on Olin Quad events starts at 4
i. $15 registration fee
ii. Up to 7 people per team
iii. Registration is due by Monday
iv. Winners get the golden bra
v. Wear BCAW shirts
vi. Try to get organizations you belong to or floors to have teams
1. Success of this event is based off of attendance
vii. Selling at the event
1. 2 people doing shirts and tickets
viii. 2 people will be in charge of brackets
ix. ARH will have a team that will be decided upon day of event
4. Wednesday
a. Bacchi’s night 5-7pm
i. We will receive 15% over profits of that nights sales
ii. Matt’s spiffy ribbon will be outside of Bacchi’s
5. Thursday
a. Midnight breakfast Meet 9pm in Williams loby
i. We will be cooking in Stuba, Shana and Amy’s apts
ii. Cooking 9-midnight
iii. There will be a separate setup crew
iv. Sign up for job for the night
v. Two tables will be set up
1. One selling tickets
2. Other taking tickets
vi. Event should end around 1:45
1. Everyone is expected to stay and clean up
vii. If you have extra microwave please bring for bacon

a. Ladies night be there at 6:15 for set up in Lydia’s lounge
i. Event will run 6:30 to 9:30 pm
ii. Movie will be “playing” Sex and the City”
iii. 5$ cover to get in
iv. Mary Kay lady will be there doing makeup tutorials as well as selling
1. Is giving percentage of profits to us
2. Will be showing how to be doing makeup from magazines
3. If you have any ladies mags with good makeup please give them to Shantay
v. On the rock will be performing
vi. Beauty school people are still be up in the air
vii. There will be food and drinks
viii. Possibility of men giving some massages

b. FYI Dance marathon almost raised 100 thousand last year I believe
